Functional Analysis and Assessment
PALS provides short-term consultation and intervention focused on reducing children’s disruptive and maladaptive behaviors. PALS personnel analyze the communicative and functional values of problem behaviors, and develop behavior support plans for home, school and community settings. PALS personnel may implement behavior plans, or provide supervision and consultation for families, educators and other care providers.
